My studio works hard to ship orders as quickly as possible! However, there may be occasional delays in dispatching if a piece of artwork gains unexpected popularity and a surge of orders is received. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an automated email at the address provided during checkout. This email will include tracking information, allowing you to stay updated on the progress of your delivery.
Where Can I Find My Order Confirmation?
Your order confirmation and invoice will be automatically sent to your email after purchase. If it’s not in your primary inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
In the printing studio, paper invoices are rolled on top of the prints as part of the processing method. Occasionally, these invoices may tear during the unboxing process. But don’t worry! A digital copy of your invoice is included in your order confirmation email for your convenience and records.
Can I Change Something In My Order?
Because of the way the artwork is packaged, you will not be able to exchange artwork after checkout, so please take extra care when making your selection.
Additionally, changes to the shipping address cannot be guaranteed if requested more than 24 hours after your purchase.

In your pitch, kindly include details about your organization's mission, the specific event, and key deadlines for artwork completion, delivery, and the showcase date. You will be responded to as soon as possible to schedule a Zoom meeting and discuss the details further.
Please note that if the artwork cannot be collected or delivered in person, a shipping fee will be required.
