Intellectual Property Notice

All artwork remains the exclusive property of Bidemio Studio, including originals, commissions, prints, and all reproductions.
Purchasing an artwork does not grant rights to reproduce, distribute, or mint it as an NFT.

Collectors are welcome to share images of purchased works on social media. However, any reproduction or commercial use requires the artist’s written consent.

Liability

Once goods are in the customer’s possession, Bidemio Studio is not responsible for any damage caused by mishandling (e.g., fingerprints, tears, or other damage).
Compensation is only provided for items damaged in transit or proven faulty upon arrival, in accordance with consumer protection laws.

All prints are carefully inspected before shipping. Please review product descriptions thoroughly before purchase — additional print borders are not included in the listed sizes unless specified for a particular piece, for example limited edition pieces that require a border for artist signature, and edition number.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

If there’s an issue with your order, Bidemio Studio will try it's best to resolve it promptly.

While striving for accurate color representation, variations between device screens may occur.
Under applicable consumer law, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Each parcel includes a marked paper invoice identifying if any bonus misprints are included. For replacements, a photo of this invoice is required as proof of contents.

Shipping Policy

Processing times are listed in each product description.
Bidemio Studio ships as quickly as possible, but high order volumes may occasionally cause short delays.

Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been dispatched, the package cannot be redirected.

Bidemio Studio is not responsible for undelivered orders caused by incorrect addresses. Refunds in such cases will incur a 20% restocking fee and deduction of shipping costs.

Duties & Taxes

The studio operates in Illinois, USA. Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s customs agency.

These charges are not included at checkout. If unpaid, the order will be returned, and a refund issued for the product cost only (excluding shipping).

All items are declared at full purchase value, and documents will not be falsified under any circumstance.
