There is something in the way she holds herself, the long elegant neck tilted just so, those ears wide and alert, the pattern on her coat as considered as anything you might find in a gallery. She is not performing beauty. She simply has it, and she is entirely aware of the fact.
I find that quietly wonderful. Most creatures spend their energy surviving. This one seems to spend a little of it enjoying the view from up there.
I titled this piece "I'm So Pretty" not with any irony, but with genuine admiration. There is something deeply joyful about an animal this graceful existing in the same world as the rest of us. She is a reminder that beauty does not need a reason. It does not need to justify itself. It simply gets to be.

All prints are on premium Hahnemühle 100% cotton rag archival paper, and are printed with archival pigmented inks.
Note: Both the 8x10" and 11x14" prints includes an additional 1" white border, making it a total size of 10x12" and 13x16". The 16x20" and 18x24" prints includes an additional 2" white border (20x24" and 22x28" total). These borders give the collector the option of expanding their framing if they choose so. Each piece is hand signed by the artist on the additional border.

The Studio uses eco-friendly, biodegradable glassine to protect your print, which is then carefully placed in a sturdy postal tube for delivery. We prefer simple, sustainable packaging that keeps the focus on what’s inside!
